I authorise the minor candidate to attend the exam centre and leave the exam centre after the exams alone without the need to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Attention:
If the candidate is or under 11 years old, he/she must not come and leave the exam centre on his/her own. The minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian coming to and leaving the site.
Candidates aged between 12 and 17 are free to leave the exam centre alone after the exams are finished, given that their parents/guardian have successfully submitted this consent form.
